Phoenix Consulting Archaeology Limited is an established organisation, with its directors, consultants and associates having a great depth of experience in providing high quality archaeological consultancy services.
We guide clients through archaeological legislation and planning guidelines. Initially the aim is to approach archaeology in such a way as to ensure a successful planning application. This sometimes involves the presentation of archaeological evidence at planning appeals.
Following planning approval, our objective is to discharge any archaeological planning condition in such a way as to minimise delays and costs to the development.
